OZ on 24 GHz |
The first OZ-OK QSO on 24 GHz was completed with Kjeld OZ1FF #10 in clear sky when front went-over. |

Even thou we heard Kjeld at the beginning the QSO was not completed. Tonda worked on 24 GHz "only" Willi LX1DB 559/569. |

Today activity |
Tonda was QRV on three bands, he worked UA3TCF -20/-13 and CW O/539 as JT and CW initial. Then he QSY to 6cm and worked DL7YC 559/559 as #54. The last band today was 9cm. Tonda worked CW LZ1DX 549/559 and LA8LF 559/559 as #41 and the first LA-OK QSO on 9 cm. Later he worked still on 9cm on JT65C ES5PC -16/-26 and LZ1DX -21/-23 as JT #4. |

18 QSOs were made in contest, we also heard WW2R O and LA8LF 559. |

We have to repair rotor cable that was damaged during deep frost in February. Tonda made PA3DZL and DL7YC as CW initials on 9 cm and then again on 9 cm PA3DZL and W5LUA on JT65C. |

QSO with 4U1ITU on 23 cm. |
Tonda found on HB9Q chat that 4U1ITU was qrv on 23 cm, so he went to our QTH. There was about -11°C insite the container when he came. TS790 did not operate on USB until temperate raised above 0°C. Than, at the first call he made the first 4U1ITU-OK QSO on 23 cm -27/-21. Operators of 4U1ITU Nick F5VIH and Atila OM1AM used 4x 55 element F9FT yagi and 20 W output power. They haven't installed LNA and 500W PA at that time yet. Tonda uninstalled all at -16°C and left QTH. |

Tonda made 3 cm sked QSO with John PA7JB O/O. We also heard Willi LX1DB 569 and Eino OH2DG 549. Moon noise in the first Quarter (coldest) was 2.7 dB. |

QSO with Petros on 3 cm. |
We worked Petros SV3AAF O/O .It as was the 1st QSO SV-OK on 3 cm. Pertos used 3 m dish with CP feed and 20 W out.Our moon noise was 2,8 dB in light snow. |

UN/DL9LBH on 70 cm was worked in very bad weather as JT initial and DXCC. Then Tonda QSY to 23 cm and worked 4 new JT initials. |

The first QSO on 6 cm to South America |
We worked with Bruce PY1KK on 6 cm in very very strong wind (Andrea windstorm). It was his very first QSO on this band from South America. Bruce used 4 m dish, IC910, transvertor and 100 W SSPA from DB6NT. We fulfilled WAC 6 cm condition as the first station world wide. |

Tonda have to wait untill antenna beamed to west (interference problem on east and south) to make JT QSO with FG4KH on 70 cm. It is our last QSO this year. |

We made 9 cm QSO with John, WA9FWD. It was 549/549 both side, it is our initial and new US state, Wisconsin. |

We heard Manfred DL7YC O/549 in 9 cm sked. There was probably problem on Manfred's receiver, so no QSO. |

One new CW and one new JT65 intials, we were decoded by EA1FAQ -15 and UA4LCF -17, no decode on our side. |

The last part of ARRL EME contest - Saturday |
We only looked for new initials on 23 cm. We made 5 new JT initials. It was the first QSO on 23 for Dan YO3DDZ. We have been heard by EA1FAQ -17 dB with his 1.8 m dish. We haven't seen anything from his PA with 2C39. No new initial on CW was found. |

QSO with 8P9HP on 23 cm. |
After lot of CQ Herman made his first QSO (elevation more than 14 deg.) on 23 cm with Zdenek, OK1DFC. Then he reply us -19/-18 dB. Polarization on Herman's signal was in line with prediction from +60 to +80 deg. Then we QSO I1NDP on CW and JT as initial on both modes. |

QSO with 8P9HP on 70 cm. |
We were successful with expedition 8P9HP -22/-24 on 70 cm today, it was second attempt, we had problem with decoding them on Sunday, signal was up to -24 dB, but no decode. They were strongest on horizontal polarization, mutual signal were +70 deg. |

We tested 3 cm sked with OH2DG. CW contact 549/449 brought us 25th DXCC on 3 cm. Eino uses circular polarization, it was his second QSO on 3 cm. |

Monday on 13 cm |
We worked CW IS0/OK5EME as the first IS0-OK QSO on 13 cm, F1PYR was new initial as well. Again IS0/OK5EME and PA7JB on JT65C. Thanks to all OK5EME team for nice expedition. |

Sunday on 23 cm and 70 cm |
We made CW QSO with IS0/OK5EME and IK1MTZ; on JT65C new intials IS0/OK5EME, RA4A and NR5M, all on 23 cm. We knew that Dave EA8/G4RGK heard us on 70 cm on Saturday, so we QSY to 70 cm again. We didn't hear anything from Dave in our heavilly interferenced QTH, Dave heard us -22 dB. We added two new initials on 70 cm JT65B, F6DRO and DJ8MS. |
